Account information: when you register, we collect your email address, display name, and password (stored securely hashed). If you sign in with Google, we receive basic profile information from Google according to your consent.

Content you create: Pops, questions, media uploads, folders, game sessions, homework assignments, and related metadata.

Usage data: session logs, device/browser type, IP address, and actions needed to operate and secure the service.

Payment data: subscription status and billing provider references. Payment card details are handled by Mercado Pago or PayPal, not stored directly by OrbPops.

We use your information to provide the service, authenticate users, host games, save your Pops, process Premium subscriptions, send transactional emails, improve reliability, and prevent abuse.

We may use aggregated, non-identifying statistics to understand product usage and improve features.

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with service providers that help us operate OrbPops (hosting, email, payment processors, image services such as Unsplash when you import images), when required by law, or to protect the rights and safety of users.

Public Pops that you explicitly mark as discoverable may be visible to other signed-in users.

We retain account and content data while your account is active. If you delete your account or request deletion, we remove or anonymize personal data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required for legal, security, or billing purposes.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. Contact us to exercise these rights.

You can update your profile information from your account settings at any time.

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. Without these cookies, signed-in features will not work.

We do not use third-party advertising cookies on the core product experience.

OrbPops is designed for use in educational and team settings. Accounts must be created by someone who can accept these terms. Players joining with a code are not required to register, but hosts are responsible for using the service appropriately with their audience.
