Terms of Service

OrbPops provides tools to create question banks (“Pops”), host live multiplayer learning games, and share homework or practice links.

We may update, add, or remove features over time. We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

You must be legally able to enter into these Terms. If you use OrbPops on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

You retain ownership of Pops and other content you create. You grant OrbPops a limited license to host, display, and process your content solely to operate the service.

You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to the content you upload, including text, images, and audio. Do not upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful material.

You may not abuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, scrape the service, interfere with other users, or use OrbPops for spam or illegal activity.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a risk to the community.

Premium features require a paid subscription billed through Mercado Pago or PayPal. Prices and features are shown at checkout.

Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled through your payment provider. Refunds are handled according to the policies of the applicable payment provider and local consumer laws.

Players joining with a code may enter a nickname without creating an account. Hosts are responsible for how they distribute join codes and homework links.

OrbPops is not responsible for content created by hosts, but we provide reporting tools and may remove content that violates these Terms.

OrbPops is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement where allowed.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OrbPops will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

We may modify these Terms. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
